Once downloaded, please follow the steps below:
Enter event code: WCOGAGW25
Visit the ‘log in’ icon in the app, enter the email you registered with and temporary password WCOGAGW25 (case sensitive). You will then be prompted to create your own password and must be at least 6 characters in length.

We will not have any printed programs available at the registration desk.

Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC) menus include a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly items. Guests with these dietary preferences can enjoy a meal from one of MCEC’s main buffets. Any delegates who noted specific allergens or dietary requirements during registration will be catered for accordingly at the marked ‘Special Dietary Buffet’ within the exhibition hall.

A certificate of attendance will be emailed to you immediately following the Congress. This can also be downloaded from your registration profile. Simply log back in to your profile as a returning delegate, scroll down to the button and select the “certificate of attendance” button.

The session records will require some time to collate and edit, but they will be made available post-conference.

There is no formal dress code for the conference. Delegates are welcome to wear whatever they feel comfortable in, whether that’s business attire or smart casual.
Dress Code for the Gala Dinner is "a touch of elegance".

Grab a taxi or rideshare from your terminal and get dropped off at the Convention Centre Place entrance.
Or take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station, then transfer to the tram or walk 10 minutes to our Clarendon Street entrance.

Wilson Parking offers flexible rates and secure underground parking at the Exhibition Centre.
It also has accessible parking with lift access up to Door 1, 6 and 10 in the Exhibition Centre.
Book online to secure your spot at Wilson Parking.
Additional parking is available at South Wharf Retail car park, Siddeley St car park, Freeway car park or Montague Street car park.

Southern Cross Station is closest. Take tram routes 96, 109, or 12 to stop 124A Casino/MCEC/Clarendon Street outside our Clarendon Street entrance or walk 10 mins to reach our venue.
All metropolitan trains are wheelchair accessible and have allocated spaces for passengers using mobility aids.

Tram routes 96, 109, and 12 will take you to stop 124A Casino/MCEC/Clarendon Street which is outside our Clarendon Street entrance.
Routes 70, 75, and the City Circle will take you to Stop 1 Spencer St/Flinders St, then you will need to make your way down Clarendon Street, generally a 5 minute walk.
Trams on routes 96 and 109 are usually low floor. To find out if the next tram at your stop will be a low-floor tram, look for the wheelchair symbol on tramTRACKER®. Low-floor trams have allocated spaces for passengers using wheelchairs or mobility aids.

Bus route 237 from Southern Cross Station stops at Eighteen Pence Lane/Lorimer Street, a short 10 minute walk from our Convention Centre Place entrance.

Bike hoops are available at South Wharf Promenade (Exhibition Centre) and Convention Centre Place (Convention Centre). With over 2700 bicycle hoops scattered across the city, it's a convenient way to travel to our venue.

Find a taxi rank/rideshare drop-off pick-up point just outside the Convention Centre Place entrance.
On arrival at the venue, you will be able to print your name badge at one of the self-print kiosks located in the Exhibition Centre Concourse, in front of Door 7, Ground Floor of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). For a floorplan, please visit the MCEC website.
For security purposes, your lanyard and name tag must be worn at all times during the congress, including social events.
A reminder that all outstanding fees must be paid in advance in order to collect your name badge. Please visit the registration desk on-site if you have any questions.

Presenter Details
Speaker Preparation Information
Standard equipment for presentations is provided within the session rooms, including computer running Microsoft PowerPoint, lectern, microphone, and laser pointer. Should you require any other presentation equipment, please advise.
Please set your presentation in widescreen (16:9). A PowerPoint template is available to download here.
If you have videos included in your presentation, please ensure you:
Embed videos directly into the slide deck.
Visit the speaker prep room as early as possible during the congress to test your slides and ensure everything is working correctly.
Arrive at your presentation room at least 15min before your session starts. Check with the room AV technicians to confirm your slides and embedded video/s are working properly.
Your presentation is to be provided at least two full sessions in advance of the session you are presenting in. There are two options for providing your presentation.
Upload your presentation via our dedicated Dropbox link and ensure your presentation file is named "session_Day_presenter name" - https://www.dropbox.com/request/nRr1LZ9pHu68SRDqUUH6
Bring your presentation on a USB to the onsite Speakers Preparation Room, located in Speaker Prep 201 located on Level 2. There will be technical support available within the room.
This room will be available to all presenters to load and review your presentation and/or speak with an AV technician if you have any technical questions.
Poster Presenter Information
Poster number locations are printed on presenter name badges.
Unless you have been otherwise advised, poster presenters need to print their own posters and bring them to the Congress venue for display.
Poster Set Up: Saturday 20 September, between 7.00 am – 10.30 am
*Please note the first poster session commences at 10.30am during the morning tea break.
Poster Pack Down: Monday 22 September, between 11:00 am – 1.30 pm
*Please note we are unable to assist with the storing, freighting or packing down of any posters. Posters left displayed after the specified pack down time will be disposed of.
There are several dedicated poster sessions throughout the congress. This gives presenters more opportunity to meet with delegates to present & discuss your poster. Dedicated poster sessions will be held during the following times:
Saturday 20 September, Morning Tea Break 10.30 am – 10.50 am
Sunday 21 September, Afternoon Tea Break 3.30 pm – 4.00 pm
Monday 22 September, Morning Tea Break 10.30 am – 11.00 am
You should stand by your poster during these times.
Outside of these dedicated sessions, posters can be viewed by all delegates at any time within the Exhibition Hall.
